If you are experiencing problems with your EdgeIQ the first step recommended is to reboot the unit.
Rebooting is a very simple process as outlined below.
How to Reboot Your EdgeIQ Unit.
Take notice of the current colour of the LED on the front of the unit.
Find the mains switch within your switchboard and turn it off - this will cut off all power to your home.
After 2 minutes switch your mains back on.
The Edge IQ LED should go green. After a further 2 minutes, an audible ‘click’ sound will be heard - this indicates that the unit is regulating voltage again.
If after rebooting the unit the LED is not green or you cannot hear the fans, please contact Edge Electrons for further assistance.
